CR Rubber (Chloroprene Rubber) also known by the trade name NEOPRENE Rubber.

Our CR Rubber thickness from 1mm to 10mm is made by drum-type vulcanizing press (ROTOCURE) with shiny surface, thickness from 12 mm. to 50 mm. is made by vulcanizing compress machine.

The CR Rubber hardness range from 50 Shore A to 80 Shore A, this special made CR Rubber has a lowest heat capacity and a moderately low tensile strength, excellent performance of weathering resistance, ozone-resistant and good chemical resistance.

When CR Rubber heated, elastomers do not become plastic (and are not deformable), and will not melt. At high temperatures decomposition takes place and the material is destroyed. CR Rubber Elastomers are non-melt able, non- weld able, and insoluble, but they are resolvable.

Our special made CR Rubber suitable for use in industrial maintenance related to oils and fire resistance, Food industries, Bearings and Sealing.
