NBR Rubber, also called nitrile-butadiene rubber, an oil resistant synthetic rubber produced from a copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene. Thickness from 1 mm. to 10 mm. is made by drum-type vulcanizing press (ROTOCURE) with shiny surface; thickness from 12 mm. to 50 mm. is made by vulcanizing compress machine.

The NBR Rubber hardness range from 50 Shore A to 80 Shore A, this special made NBR Rubber are high tensile strength, excellent performance of aging resistance, high and low temperature resistant, ozone-resistant, working in the liquid which contains 50% acid or alkali at the temperature of -40 °C – +100 °C (maximum 120 °C momentary).

Our special made NBR Rubber suitable for use in instances such as NBR gaskets and NBR seals where oil based products are present, fuel resistance is required or for general purpose usage. Beside commercial grade, we also able to provide NBR Food grade, In food and beverage plants and in equipment where contact with milk, vegetable and animal oil is encountered and necessity to maintain a clean environment, food Grade NBR is an ideal option.
